The Old Spice Emerald City Kickoff Classic, managed and operated by WIAA, continues to showcase some of Washington's best high school football teams, along with national powerhouse Mission Viejo of California.

The goal behind Old Spice Emerald City Kickoff Classic is to create an annual community event that celebrates the start of the football season by featuring marquee football match-ups not possible during the regular season.  The Old Spice Emerald City Kickoff Classic is the Northwest's foremost annual high school football event.

$20 Reserved
$15 General Admission (adults)
$10 General Admisson (students and seniors)
Free for all kids ages 5 and under

Tickets can be purchased through participating schools or online at Ticketmaster.  Day of game tikets will be available at the Qwest Field box office.

Please note:For all non-Seahawk events in Qwest Field and Center, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Exceptions are made for baby bottles, food or beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single-serve containers.

Media Day 2005

Members of the media are highly encouraged to attend 2005 Old Spice Emerald City Kickoff Classic ‘Media Day’ on Wednesday, August 10, at Qwest Field to pickup informational packet and credentials.

Media Day will commence at 11:30 a.m. at Qwest Field, with check-in to be held at the North Plaza. Coaching staffs and a handful of players from each participating Washington high school will be in attendance, as well as Mission Viejo head coach, Bob Johnson. This will be a great opportunity for all media to establish contact with the participating schools and initiate team profiles and stories for the 2005 Old Spice Emerald City Kickoff Classic. Participating teams this year include Wenatchee, White River, Ferris, Evergreen, Gonzaga Prep, Bellarmine Prep, Mission Viejo (CA), Issaquah, South Kitsap and Mercer Island.
